What we take on
Engraving and logos, anodized colour options, corporate gift boxes with inner liners, companion notebook sets, and OEM / ODM private-label production. Small custom runs are practical: bodies are CNC-machined from solid metal rather than injection-moulded, so limited editions and collaborations are feasible well below typical promotional-goods minimums.

- ·Wholesale from in-stock models: 1 piece minimum. Stock ships directly, and mixed quantities across colours are welcome.
- ·Customization and OEM: 100 pieces minimum. Below that, contact us first — we can assess feasibility depending on process complexity.
- ·Free samples: we provide samples at no charge. The sample lead time is agreed case by case.
- ·How we quote: based on process complexity (engraving area, whether colour is custom, packaging format) and volume. Send us your requirement and we will provide a clear quotation.
Customization process

- 5Step 5 · Inspection and dispatch — goods are inspected before dispatch; transit time depends on the actual carrier.

FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity? Does it differ between in-stock and custom?+
In-stock wholesale starts at 1 piece, with mixed quantities and colours allowed, shipped directly. Customization and OEM production start at 100 pieces; below that, please contact us first.
Can we get samples first? What do they cost and how long do they take?+
Samples are free — we do not charge for them. The lead time depends on the sample itself (whether new tooling or custom colour is involved) and is agreed during the requirement discussion.
Are there any limits on engraving or logos?+
We laser-engrave onto the metal surface: crisp and long-lasting. Text, letters and artwork are all possible. The available area, character size and position depend on the model — describe what you want in your inquiry and we will confirm feasibility.
Can you produce in our brand colours?+
Yes. Colour is achieved by anodizing — the colour is not painted on the surface but sealed inside an oxide layer grown from the metal, which is why it resists fading. Send us your reference (Pantone or RGB) and we will confirm the result on the sample.
What are typical lead times? Is rush production possible?+
Lead time is agreed in the contract and varies with process complexity and volume; we give an estimate during the requirement discussion. Sample lead time is agreed separately. If you have a hard deadline, state it in your inquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
What are your payment terms and deposit?+
Bank transfer between companies. A 30% deposit on order, balance settled before shipment. We do not accept personal transfers.
What certifications do your products meet?+
The 304 stainless tube used in our barrels carries a third-party RoHS test report (no. U10202230519605-1E, May 2023), and a 304 material certificate is available. The paired silicone components have their own RoHS documentation. We provide the matching files for your model for compliance filing.
Do you ship internationally? Which markets do you serve?+
Yes. We serve China, Japan, the European Union and North America. Our team spent decades producing OEM work for renowned Japanese stationery houses, so we are familiar with Japanese quality standards and supply-chain expectations. Transit time depends on the actual carrier.
